Short Bio

Maarten van Rooij is Senior Economist at the Research Department of De Nederlandsche Bank, is affiliated to Netspar (Network for Studies on Pensions, Aging and Retirement) and member of the Editorial Board of TPEdigitaal. He is contact person for activities at the Bank related to the DNB Household Survey (DHS). The last four years he has worked on his dissertation "Financial Literacy, Retirement Provisions, and Household behavior " (supervised by Rob Alessie and Lex Hoogduin).
