Short bio
Vincent Sterk is a PhD student at De Nederlandsche Bank and at the University of Amsterdam. Previously, he was a policy advisor at the Ministry of Economic Affairs. He got a master’s in Econometrics and Operations Research from Tilburg University. His PhD project started in 2007 and concentrates on the consequences of financial developments for the business cycle and monetary policy. Wouter den Haan (University of Amsterdam) is his supervisor.
