Pension entitlements dating back to before 1970

Before 1970, women often started accruing pension entitlements once they were 30, while men accrued them from age 25. In addition, Dutch law prevailing until 1973 stipulated that employees dismissed within five years could not transfer any accrued pension entitlements to their new employer's pension scheme.
