DNB Visitor Centre

If you work at a supervised institution or if you have a contact person at DNB, please call +31 20 524 9111 on weekdays between 9.00 to 17.00 hours.

You can visit DNB to exchange banknotes and coins on weekdays between 9.00 and 16.00 hours. After you have presented a valid identity document you will be required to pass through a detection gate. Your personal belongings must be screened by an X-ray machine before you can take them onto the premises. Please allow some time for these security measures. 

Parking on the premises of De Nederlandsche Bank is not possible. The nearest large parking garage is located under the Muziektheater. To get there, leave the A10 motorway at exit S110 or S116 (city centre) and follow the P route. From there, DNB and its Visitor Centre are a 10-minute walk along the Amstel.
