06-10-2022 Announcement MESREP taxonomy version 2.2.0 and changes compared to version 2.1.0

As of reporting on the first quarter in 2023 (to be reported in April 2023), a number of changes will be made to the MESREP taxonomy. This new taxonomy version 2.2.0 will be published in December 2022.

The changes and materiality vary by reporting profile. In the new version, among other things, for some profiles further information is required for the National Accounts and the balance of payments, the level of detail in profile IC for loans at fair value (T04) is aligned with those at nominal value (T03) including adjustment of the remaining maturity categories, some validations improved or added and – for clarification – names of forms changed.
