Press release: EIOPA publishes results of stress test for European insurers

EIOPA, the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority, today published the results of the stress test conducted among 42 European insurers. These included the Dutch companies Aegon, NN Group and Achmea, while insurers a.s.r. and Vivat also took part at our request.

The aim of the stress test, which is held every two years, is to expose any vulnerabilities in the insurance sector and to test the sector's resilience under various scenarios.
