Clients may instruct De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) to buy or sell securities in the secondary market. These transactions are executed on an undisclosed-agency basis. This means that DNB will inform the counterparty that it is acting as agent, but will not reveal the identity of the client.
DNB uses the same counterparties it uses for its own transactions. These counterparties will have a minimum AA credit rating by at least two leading rating agencies.
Execution of investments according to standing instructions
Clients may provide DNB with a proxy to execute investments according to standing instructions. On the basis of these standing instructions DNB will automatically execute transactions on a best-effort basis. This service is also provided on an undisclosed-agency basis.
