How to report a complaint about IBAN discrimination

Use the form below to let us know if a Dutch financial institution refuses to accept your foreign international bank account number (IBAN). Please note that we answer frequently asked questions about IBAN discrimination elsewhere on our website.

Please provide evidence showing that your IBAN was not accepted. Also submit a copy of your complaint to the financial institution and of any response you received.
