On the behalf of market access, an overview of the application forms can be found below. Financial institutions can apply these forms to request a license from the DNB. The other forms are available fordeclaration of no objection (DNO), notification and registrations.
In principle, in order to decide aboutan application, the DNB at leastneeds the information that is requested in a form. However, it could occur that DNBrequests additional information based on the application.

DNB is raising the countercyclical capital buffer (CCyB) from 1.0% to 2.0%. The requirement will apply to all banks – both Dutch and foreign – that have loans outstanding in the Netherlands.
