Licence application form including explanatory notes
Anyone wishing to provide trust services in the Netherlands must hold the appropriate licence from De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB).
Submitting your application
NB: Complete the application form fully and truthfully and make sure you enclose all the required documents.
Notes on the application form
The notes accompanying the application explain what you have to do and what we expect from you, so please refer to them when completing the form. (tip!)
The quality of your application
We can assess your application only if you submit a fully and correctly completed application form and attach all the required documents.
If you fail to do this, we will have to ask you to supplement your application. The thirteen-week consideration period will then be suspended. The total time taken to process your application therefore depends greatly on its quality and completeness and the additional information you supply. See also: Application process timeline.
If you have any questions, you can contact the DNB information desk by telephone on 0800 020 1068 or e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
