If you have any questions on supervision policies, legislation and regulations pertaining to innovative financial products and services, feel free to contact us using the support form.

The more specific, the better.

As a rule, the better defined your question and the attached information is, the better we can support you. For example, you could answer the following questions in the requestform:

  • How exactly does your financial product, service, or business model work?
  • What are its innovative aspects?
  • Which rules apply in your view?
  • What do you believe to be potential bottlenecks?

Our response

We respond to your question within two business days on average. If a simple answer suffices, we may contact you by telephone or email. If a more complex issue is involved, we will invite you for a meeting at the premises of DNB, the AFM or the ACM.
