If you are using Internet Explorer 10 (IE 10), e-Line DNB may not function properly. The solution is to open IE 10 in compatibility view. Follow these steps to turn on the compatibility view mode in IE 10:
- Open the log-in page of e-Line DNB;
- Select ‘Tools’ in the Menu bar;
Note: Press ALT if the Menu bar is hidden.
- Select ‘Compatibility View’. Once you have turned on the compatibility view mode, e-Line DNB will function as usual;
