Changes in the ABTN can be reported by uploading the new document in the reporting available in e-Line (select: 31-01-2016). If changes are made in the ABTN after a pension fund has already sent in the report, they will have to resubmit the ABTN. This can be done by sending a request for resubmission to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Changes in the ABTN will have to be reported within two weeks after the change has been effected. If a pension fund does not change the ABTN in 2016, they will still have to submit the reporting before the end of the year. In that case, they will have to indicate that the ABTN has not changed.
