Integrity

Our Code of Conduct states: “Integrity is the basis of trust; sound conduct breeds trust, both within our own institution and in the social and economic sphere.” This is why anyone who works with us or for us must comply with certain rules of conduct. For example, our employees are not allowed to invest in financial institutions that we supervise or accept gifts or invitations from external parties. There are also rules for secondary positions and activities. Furthermore, employees must be very careful with the information they encounter in the course of their work.
