Information session about fit and proper assessments DNB (November 2026)

De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) will organize a physical information session about fit and proper assessments on Thursday 5th November from 3:00-4:45 PM CET. Please note that this session will only be held in Dutch, you are of course welcome to ask your questions in English.
Fine for trust office International Trust Services B.V. for failing to commission an audit
Enforcement measures
De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) imposed a fine of €29,700 on trust International Trust Services B.V. (ITS) on 24 November 2025. The fine was imposed because ITS failed to commission an audit in 2022 concerning the period from January to December 2021.
