Welcome to the DNB Integrity Reporting Desk

You can use this form to report integrity incidents at a financial institution. Our website provides important information about filing a report, for instance that the Desk can be used only by professionals in the financial sector. We have also posted a list of FAQs regarding the handling of reports. If you file a whistleblower report, we will ask you to let us know your name and contact details, as they may be important in case we perform a follow-up examination. You may also file your integrity report anonymously, provided you substantiate it with supporting evidence sufficient to form a basis for our follow-up examination.

What happens to your personal data?

We require your personal data for some of the services provided on our website (applying for a job, asking questions, taking out subscriptions, ordering hard copies of our publications, registering for our News Service etc.). We will not use your personal data for another purpose than that for which you provided them. We will never offer you any unsolicited information or services.
