Complaints about institutions

If you have a complaint about a financial institution, you should first check how the institution operates in the Netherlands, e.g. under a Dutch licence or a European passport. This will tell you where to go with your complaint.

Reporting wrongdoing about DNB or its employees

Do you suspect wrongdoing on the part of DNB or DNB employees, or an integrity-related incident at DNB?  You can report this to us.    

Filing an objection to a decision we have taken    

If you disagree with a decision we have taken, you can file an objection as an interested party. You can do so by filing a notice of objection
