Non-compliance
Yoursafe failed to submit the independent auditor's report on the 2024 financial statements or the 2024 annual accounts to DNB by the deadline, which was 31 December 2025. In failing to do so, Yoursafe was in non-compliance with the Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht – Wft). By decision of 5 February 2026, DNB imposed an order subject to a penalty on Yoursafe for this non-compliance. In this order subject to penalty, Yoursafe was allowed ten working days to submit the independent auditor's report to DNB. As Yoursafe has not yet submitted the independent auditor's report, it must pay a penalty of €12,500.
