Reporting requirements under deposit sanctions reporting obligation available in DLR

As of 27 May 2022 the ‘Reporting requirements under deposit sanctions’ and ‘Reporting requirements under deposit sanctions Belarus’ reports will be available in DLR. Credit institutions shall provide the information specified in Article 5g(1) point (a) of Russia Economic Sanction Regulation (RSR) and Article 1z point (a) of Belarus Sanction Regulation (BSR). The obligation must therefore be submitted for both RSR and BSR no later than Friday 3 June 2022.

Credit institutions are requested to provide updates every 12 months. The reporting obligation to the balance of the deposits in the case of the Russia Economic Sanction Regulation (RSR) is available in DLR under the reference period 26 February 2022 and in the case of Belarus Sanction Regulation (BSR) under reference period 10 March 2022.
