Reporting requirements under deposit sanctions reporting obligation available in My DNB - update 24-05-2023

Similar to last year, credit institutions are required to report the ‘Reporting requirements under deposit sanctions’ reports for Russia and Belarus. The reports will soon be available in My DNB. Credit institutions shall provide the information specified in Article 5g(1) point (a) and Article 5g(1) point (b) of the Russia Economic Sanction Regulation (RSR) and Article 5g(1) point (aa) and Article 1z point (a) of the Belarus Sanction Regulation (BSR).

The reporting obligation to the balance of the deposits in the case of the Russia Economic Sanction Regulation (RSR) is available in My DNB under the reference period 17 December 2022 and 26 February 2023 and in the case of Belarus Sanction Regulation (BSR) under reference period 10 March 2023.
