Yes, that is possible. Where applicable, fines may also be imposed on several natural persons instructing or actually directing the commission of the offence, whether or not in addition to the fine imposed on the legal entity.

De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) imposed a fine of €29,700 on trust International Trust Services B.V. (ITS) on 24 November 2025. The fine was imposed because ITS failed to commission an audit in 2022 concerning the period from January to December 2021.
