The Decree (Besluit bijzondere prudentiële maatregelen beleggerscompensatie en depositogarantie Wft) imposes a number of special rules regarding institutions that are active in the financial markets.
The Decree includes rules on dealing with e.g. portfolio transfers, mergers and splits, capital margins, recovery plans, short-term funding plans, resolution plans for insurers, bridge institutions and asset and liability management vehicles and the investor compensation and deposit guarantee schemes.
