Pursuant to Section 2:3b of the Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht – Wft), the statutory consideration period is three months following our receipt of a fully completed application.

We will handle your application as soon as we have received it, first verifying whether you completed it in full and enclosed the required documents. If this is the case, our consideration period will commence and a team of application handlers will assess your application. If this if not the case, our consideration period will not commence, but we will ask you to supplement the application before a set deadline.

The application procedure comprises various steps. For example, we may ask you to provide supplementary information and – suspending the deadline for consideration – schedule a meeting with you or screen your enterprise's decision makers.
