DNB keeps a register of actuarial agencies having a code of conduct approved by DNB for performing additional operations in behalf of a pension funds.
Section 148(2) of the Pension Act provides that actuarial agencies having a code of conduct approved by DNB are permitted to perform other operations in behalf of a pension fund besides certifying actuarial reports.
