DNB keeps a register of actuarial agencies having a code of conduct approved by DNB for performing additional operations in behalf of a pension funds.
Section 148(2) of the Pension Act provides that actuarial agencies having a code of conduct approved by DNB are permitted to perform other operations in behalf of a pension fund besides certifying actuarial reports.

The transition to the new pension in the Netherlands system is ongoing, with a growing number of pension funds having now made the conversion. Among the pension funds that have not yet converted, the funding ratio rose in the third quarter of 2026 compared with the second quarter.
