What do we do with your personal data?

The AFM, DNB and ACM keep in close contact with each other when dealing with questions that have been sent to the InnovationHub. Based on your question, we will decide which supervisor is best equipped to answer it. As part of this process, your personal data may also be shared between AFM, DNB and ACM. Below you will find further information on how each supervisor will handle your personal data.

DNB

Some activities facilitated on the DNB website - e.g., applying for jobs, sending in questions, ordering publications, registering for DNB's Newsletter - require you to provide personal information. DNB uses this information solely for the purposes for which it is intended. DNB will never offer any unsolicited information and/or services. Your personal information is not passed on to any third parties. The law provides a number of exceptions here: such information may be used for investigation if you use the site to commit an indictable offence or make any comments that contravene any laws.

AFM

The AFM is allowed to process personal data if this is necessary for the adequate performance of its supervisory tasks, such as for suitability screening of decision makers and supervisory directors. It complies with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens – Wbp).
