Dutch small and medium-sized banks (Less Significant Institutions, LSIs) can withstand a severe economic downturn. This is shown by De Nederlandsche Bank's (DNB) annual stress test conducted in 2026. Despite a substantial deterioration in the macroeconomic environment in the stress scenario, the aggregate capital position (a CET-1 ratio of 21,9%) remains well above regulatory minima.
