Accessibility
We believe the information and services on this website must be user-friendly, accessible and easy to find.
We manage and develop our website in compliance with Website Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA.
The website was tested when it was launched on 2 February. With a few exceptions, our website is in full compliance with this standard.
Files and downloads
We use open standard file formats for text and multimedia files that we place on our website. As a rule, text documents are in PDF format. Where users must be able to process a file, or if conversion would disable a specific basic function, we keep the file in its original format. This means we do not use open standard file formats in these cases, e.g. for Microsoft Excel charts.
Accessibility guidelines
We launched a revamped website in early 2021, which we developed in compliance with prevailing accessibility guidelines. Old documents were either removed or converted to accessible versions. Our general rule is that we always publish information in compliance with prevailing guidelines. We do not retroactively amend published content and documents, as doing so would be disproportionately time-consuming and costly.
