Single Customer View

We expect banks to be capable of submitting a Single Customer View (SCV) for each deposit holder for the purposes of the Deposit guarantee scheme for the Caribbean Netherlands (DGS CN). The SCV is a standardised overview of all deposits held by a deposit holder, listing data as prescribed by DNB. This overview enables the timely payout of deposits guaranteed by the DGS CN.

Banks need to compile SCVs carefully, correctly and in good time. They are required to set up their administration, procedures and measures to ensure timely, accurate and correct SCVs for submission to DNB when needed. Banks must organise their systems and processes (SCV system) to this end. Banks are required to submit the full SCV file at least once a year.

Full details on how to compile and submit the SCV file can be found in a manual containing guidance and information and an Excel template for submitting the SCV data.
