Financial Vehicle Corporations engaged in securitisation transactions
Based on the European Central Bank Regulation (EG) Nr. 1075/2013, ECB/2013/40 Dutch Financial Vehicle Corporations engaged in securitisation transactions (FVCs) are required to register with De Nederlandsche Bank. This must be done using the registration form within one week after the start of activities.
