Through MSR reporting, we aim to obtain a proper picture of purchases and sales of securities by Dutch companies. This page provides news and user documentation on MSR reporting.

Look at the data dictionary. The Excel entry templates can be downloaded by logging into the Reporting Service and selecting one of your MSR reporting obligations. This may also be a test reporting obligation.

On 6 July 2026 the new MER-taxonomy (version 3.0.0) and MER-Manual (version 2.0.0) were made available. This taxonomy and manual are to be used from 1 February 2027 onwards for MER-reports concerning January 2027 and later reporting months. The current MER-taxonomy (2.0.0) and manual (1.7.1) should be applied to all reporting and re-reporting concerning months up to and including December 2026.
