Short Bio

Carin van der Cruijsen is cluster lead research at the Retail, Payments & Research Department. At the moment her research particularly focuses on topics like trust in the payment system and consumer payment behaviour. Her research has been published in a wide range of journals reflecting her different research interests, such as IMF Economic Review, Journal of Economic Psychology, Journal of Financial Stability and the Journal of Consumer Affairs.
