IFR/IFD – Disclosure

Q&A

Question:

Will DNB require investment firms on the basis of Article 50, under b, of the IFR to disclose the results of the ICAAP, including the composition of ancillary own funds based on the SREP?

Published: 16 June 2021

Answer:

In view of the aim of the supervisory discretion of Article 50, under b, of the IFR and the possible side-effects of its application, we do not intend to require investment firms to disclose their ICAAP and SREP results. We retain the power to require the disclosure of ICAAP and SREP results in specific cases.
