Self-assessment data quality

Factsheet

DNB observes persistent errors in the prudential reports of investment firms and managers of collective investment schemes. This is often due to deficiencies in governance related to data quality and reporting processes. Therefore, DNB has published a self-assessment that can help firms identify these governance deficiencies.

Published: 18 December 2025

The self-assessment consists of 37 questions, where column C allows an answer to be entered using a dropdown box. Where relevant, the next column will provide feedback to the firm. This feedback is a general interpretation of the Good Practices Handreiking prudentiële rapportages and the EBA SREP guidelines.  DNB expects firms to use this feedback to resolve deficiencies in governance related to data quality and reporting processes.

Should you have any questions, you can contact your designated contact person at DNB or email bobi@dnb.nl.
