The more specific, the better.

As a rule, the better defined your question and the attached information is, the better we can support you. For example, you could answer the following questions in the requestform:

  • How exactly does your financial product, service, or business model work?
  • What are its innovative aspects?
  • Which rules apply in your view?
  • What do you believe to be potential bottlenecks?

Our response

We respond to your question within two business days on average. If a simple answer suffices, we may contact you by telephone or email. If a more complex issue is involved, we will invite you for a meeting at the premises of DNB, the AFM or the ACM.
