On 21 March, an online demo of the new qualitative surveys service will take place at 16:00h.
From early April, the annual qualitative surveys will be made available for various sectors. This year, the survey will be conducted through the new qualitative surveys service, which we have developed in response to feedback from supervised institutions. The new survey tool is tested last year on the sector-wide Information Security Survey (SBA-IB) for pension funds, pension administration organisations and insurers and the Integrity Risk Survey for insurers (IRAP). Stakeholder feedback on the pilot was positive, and we are now expanding deployment of the service to other qualitative reports within the supervision department.
The new survey tool has a number of advantages:
What will change?
The new My DNB portal will be the place where most communication between your institution and DNB takes place. My DNB includes a variety of services, including the Qualitative surveys service. We intend to use this service more and more for qualitative surveys rather than Excel templates.
At least one individual at your institution will need an eHerkenning token with authorisation for the DNB Reports service to complete the surveys.
We will give an online demo on 21 March 2023 from 16:00h to 17:00h which will demonstrate how the Qualitative Surveys Service works and explain why we developed this new tool. A number of sector-specific demos will be planned later. You can register for the upcoming demo at the following link.
The service provides access to all qualitative surveys. You will only see the survey(s) that apply to your institution.
