This regulation sets out statements that follow from Dutch law and regulations or from European laws and regulations for which DNB has an explicit basis for imposing further requirements at national level. These statements are submitted by (branches of) banks, investment firms, clearing houses, electronic money institutions, payment institutions, premium pension institutions, investment fund managers and UCITS, settlement companies and (branches of) insurers.
In addition, the statements which the auditor involves in the examination of the accuracy are specified. In the third chapter, the models for reporting branch groups and insurance policies are established for insurers.
