The Supervisory Regulation on Statements of Financial Undertakings (Regeling staten financiële ondernemingen Wft) serves to implement Sections 131, 133 and 135(2) and (5) of the Decree on Prudential Rules for Financial Undertakings under the Financial Supervision Act [Besluit prudentiële regels Wft].
This regulation sets out statements that follow from Dutch law and regulations or from European laws and regulations for which DNB has an explicit basis for imposing further requirements at national level. These statements are submitted by (branches of) banks, investment firms, clearing houses, electronic money institutions, payment institutions, premium pension institutions, investment fund managers and UCITS, settlement companies and (branches of) insurers.
In addition, the statements which the auditor involves in the examination of the accuracy are specified. In the third chapter, the models for reporting branch groups and insurance policies are established for insurers.

De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) imposed an administrative fine of €2.65 million on payment institution CCV Netherlands B.V. (CCV). We have imposed the fine because CCV failed to adequately and continuously monitor transactions.

De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) imposed an administrative fine of €8.5 million on ABN AMRO Bank N.V. (ABN AMRO) on 6 July 2026 due to serious shortcomings in its anti-money laundering controls in the period from September 2023 through September 2024.
