DNB charges a fee for considering applications for a licence for issuers of asset-referenced tokens.

The fee applies regardless of whether we grant or reject the application or the applicant withdraws the application, or we cease consideration during the procedure.

Application fee

The Ministry of Finance has not yet finalised the fee for processing a licence application for an issuer of asset-referenced tokens. The Regulation on the funding of one-off supervisory actions (Regeling bekostiging financieel toezicht eenmalige handelingen) will be amended to include this one-off fee once it is set and we will update the relevant information here.

Regular supervision fees

We also charge issuers of asset-referenced tokens an annual fee to cover the costs of our regular supervision.
