Submitting an application

You can submit your application through the Digital Supervision Portal. You will need eHerkenning to do so.
Please note: You must use the following fillable PDF for your application. Submit the completed PDF via the asset-referenced token issuer application form by uploading it as an attachment. Complete the application form and the fillable PDF fully and truthfully and make sure to submit all required documents.

Notes to the application form

We are currently preparing explanatory notes to the application form. See the EBA Final Report on draft Regulatory Technical Standards for guidance on what is expected of you on the various elements of the application.

Quality of your application

We can assess your application only if you submit a fully and correctly completed application form and enclose all the required documents. If it does not meet the conditions, we will ask you to supplement your application. Our 110-business day consideration period will not start until we receive your complete application. This means that the time we need to consider your application greatly depends on the quality of your application and the attached documents. See also: Application processing times.
