DNB charges a fee for considering applications for a trust office licence.

The fee applies regardless of whether we approve or reject the application or the applicant withdraws the application, or we cease consideration during the procedure.

Licence fee

Fees are charged for processing a permit application. The amount of these one-off costs is set out in the Regulation on Costs for One-Time Supervisory Actions (Regeling bekostiging financieel toezicht eenmalige handelingen).

Fee for ongoing supervision

DNB also charges trust offices an annual fee to cover the costs of ongoing supervision of trust offices.
