Two questions are important in determining whether your company needs a licence:

  1. Do the proposed services qualify as trust services?
  2. Does the natural person or company intend to provide the trust services in a professional capacity or on a commercial basis?

On the basis of these questions, you must determine for yourself whether you need a licence. If you are in doubt as to whether your current or proposed activities qualify you as a trust office, we recommend that you consult an expert advisor.
