Due to deployment of a small hotfix release (because of delivery of your reports to external parties and deadlines involved) the platform will be down from 17.00 h for approximately 10 minutes.

After that systems will be activated again and we expect processing will be working as expected in the regular way.

The disruption has been solved: Processing of your reports runs as expected.

Nevertheless, it could take some time before your report(s) will be completely processed due to the delay.

At this moment we experience a major disruption in the processing of the reports for all organizations (pension funds, insurance companies, banks etc.). Therefore, none of the reports are processed completely and they don't receive a functional status.

We are trying to find a solution for these problems as soon as possible.

As soon as the problems are solved we will report this on this page.

The problem below has been fixed. Reporters who submitted reports which have been disapproved (i.e. not accepted) if not applicable don't have to do a resubmit. We will try to fix things for them internally.

At this moment some validation rules for MESRAP/MSR which are normally non-blocking are unfortunately marked as blocking. Therefore, reports could irregularly be judged as not accepted.

We are trying to solve this problem as soon as possible.
