Maintenance of the Reporting Service
Every Tuesday at 5:00 PM, we (the AVL Portals team) perform a maintenance release. These activities take a maximum of 15 minutes. As a result, the Reporting Service may be temporarily less accessible during this period.

Maintenance Rapportages (DLR) and Datalogistiek Applications: 31 August
On Thursday, 17 September 2026, between 17:00 and 21:00, maintenance will be performed on the Rapportages (DLR) application and the Datalogistiek landscape (deployment of DVD Release 2617).

Since 8.30 AM we experience problems with several systems (My DNB, report processing applications). Because of that you are possibly not able to submit your reports or the processing of your reports takes longer than usual. We are trying to solve the issues as soon as possible.

Alternative submission in Excel
In some cases it is not possible to download the template for alternative submission in Excel in our Reporting Service. However, it is possible to submit this information in the portal.
For investment firms, fund managers, payment institutions, and electronic money institutions, you can download the FINREP and COREP Excel templates as a ZIP file. You will find the relevant template by choosing the right folder in the zip file on the basis of the last part of the entry point.
