A new version of the FAQ drawn up by the ECB regarding the COVID-19 data request is made available. It is accesible via this link or via the index page 'Banks' under 'FAQ'.

For new questions, banks are requested to use the ECB's Q&A form. Banks should send this form to toezichtrapportagesbanken@dnb.nl.
