EIOPA published version 2.7.0 of the Solvency II XBRL taxonomy on July 15, 2022. On November 8, 2022, a hotfix was published with fixes to some validation rules. As of the 4th quarter of 2022, the reports must be submitted with this taxonomy. You can find the new taxonomy, validation rules and filing rules on the EIOPA website. In this release, EIOPA has added the possibility to integrate PEPP in the Solvency II reporting. It is up to the national supervisor if they want to receive the PEPP reports via the SII taxonomy. DNB has chosen not to do this. If you offer PEPP or if you intend to do so, you must contact the AFM for registration and reports. We request that you fill in the Solvency II report with the following information regarding the PEPP:
- On form S.01.01 - Content of the submission, “Not reported as no PEPP” must be selected
- On form S.01.02 - Basic information, select “Not reported due to submission in dedicated report”
- On other forms, the information about PEPP should be left blank
