House rules
De Nederlandsche Bank has a number of house rules for visitors and employees.
Do not:
- Create nuisance
- Play amplified music
- Bring pets, except registered assistance dogs
- Smoke inside our building and outside in a radius of 7 metres from its façade
- Make an open fire
- Wear face-covering clothing or accessories
- Use alcohol or drugs
- Carry blunt or sharp weapons or firearms
Always:
- Contribute to a respectful and safe environment
- Guard your personal belongings – De Nederlandsche Bank does not monitor them
- Throw paper, rubbish and food waste in the bins
- Eat and drink only in designated areas
- Keep all access doors clear
- Follow the instructions of security officers, in-house emergency response team members or other employees of De Nederlandsche Bank
- Report unwanted behaviour to a security office
- De Nederlandsche Bank monitors compliance with these rules and reserves the right to enforce them.
Leave the building immediately via the nearest exit when you hear an evacuation signal or when instructed by employees or emergency services.
