This Good practice is a guidance document for the application of The Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing (BES) Act (Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financieren van terrorisme BES – Wwft BES).
This guide provides explanation on the requirements in relation to transaction monitoring, client acceptance, monitoring and review and gives examples on how institutions may include these requirements in their operational management.
