FATF released an update of its ‘grey’ and ‘black’ lists.

    Under the Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht – Wft), payment institutions and electronic money institutions must submit the following within six months of the end of the financial year, i.e. no later than 30 June 2021 for the 2020 financial year: the financial statements, the management report and the information referred to in Sections 361, 391 and 392 of Book 2 of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek – BW).
Where applicable, we also expect you to submit the independent auditor's report and management letter. We use these documents in our supervision, as they enable us to get a better understanding of your company's sound and ethical operational management.
You can submit the documents using the Organisation details for supervision service in our digital supervision portal (DLT).
