Through MSR reporting, we aim to obtain a proper picture of purchases and sales of securities by Dutch companies. This page provides news and user documentation on MSR reporting.

Look at the data dictionary. The Excel entry templates can be downloaded by logging into the Reporting Service and selecting one of your MSR reporting obligations. This may also be a test reporting obligation.

On 17 April 2024 the latest version of the Manual (version 1.6) has been made available. We highly recommend reporting agents to review these changes carefully. The updates do not involve any changes in the validation rules or the taxonomy.
