New Solvency II XBRL taxonomy version 2.5.0
EIOPA published version 2.5.0 of the Solvency II XBRL taxonomy on July 15, 2020. On November 3, 2020, a hotfix was published with fixes to some validation rules. As of the 4th quarter of 2020, the reports must be submitted with this taxonomy. You can find the new taxonomy, validation rules and filing rules on the EIOPA website.
As of this version of the taxonomy, a field has been added to form Basic Information to report, on a voluntary basis, the direct URL for the download of the Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR) in the annual report. If no URL is available, the text “NOT PROVIDED/NOT AVAILABLE” must be reported. For more information, see the EIOPA filing rules document.
